As some of you may remember, last year I worked with Bumble Bee foods and shared their BeeWell for Life program several times throughout the year. I’m excited to share with you now that Bumble Bee just announced the release of the new eBook called “BeeWell for Life – A Living Guide”. It offers wellness advice, tips and recipes, and can be downloaded for FREE on the Bumblebee Website.
They also have some great recipes on their website to help you be a little more creative with a can of tuna or salmon and more! If you are entertaining this spring you’ll find some great cold salads and appetizers recipes including this recipe for Bow Tie Tuna Salad which I think you could enjoy with the pasta either warm or cold. I prefer it cold.
