My favorite chocolate is milk chocolate.    This is not milk chocolate but that doesn’t mean I didn’t like it.  Had it been milk chocolate I would have LOVED it but it was a little more bitter than milk is.  It’s more of the type of chocolate that my husband likes.   But add the salted almonds to it and it gave it a really nice flavor.  The combo is good together.  I think it would be even better with milk chocolate, but still good
