School is out this week which means summer is officially here!  Ever since I was a kid certain things make me think of summer – foods, places, events, activities.  School being out always meant summer to me.  Along with going to the beach, swimming in a pool and cooking on the grill.  But I will admit, even as an adult, I get giddy for those summertime desserts that we enjoy – one being S’mores!
