The Ricola “Call in Well” promotion wants to remind you that there are steps you can take to feel better this time of year – that way you can go out and enjoy all the great things winter has to offer.

If my family could take a “Call in Well” day together I’d love to do it on a day when there is snow on the ground so we could all go sledding together!  I think it would be a fun way for us to enjoy and appreciate the cold weather and get a fun workout at the same time!
