Egg and Prosciutto Sandwich
1 Arnold/Brownberry/Oroweat Sandwich Thins Rolls 100% Whole Wheat Roll
1 oz. low-fat Swiss sliced cheese
1 oz. prosciutto
3 fresh basil leaves
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
1 egg, fried
Directions
On the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll, place ingredients in the following order – Swiss cheese, prosciutto, basil, red onions and egg. Place the top half of the roll on top and enjoy!

Doesn’t that look delicious. I love the Arnold Sandwich Thins and keep them on hand almost all the time. I’m watching what I eat and only eating whole wheat bread so these are perfect for me and they are so good. The girls like them too and we make PB&J on them all the time! I’ve even used the sandwich thins with a hamburger and they are awesome!!!

I never thought about using the thins for breakfast sandwiches. I try to make things for breakfast and lunches at home to save on food costs. Thank you for the review.

I just love these thin little breads. Whole grain too! I use them for almost any type of sandwich: tuna salad, salmon salad, cold cuts, egg salad, etc.
