UPDATE: I received an email along with various people I know that the items are unavailable due to supply issues and they are offering FREE bids in exchange. I’m not happy and I’ve been trying to get in touch with them to get my money back that I paid. I hate when companies do this and I’m very sorry for sharing them with you all. They are the same people who run Bidrack and I’ve had no problems with them so I didn’t expect this at all.

This morning I won another Target Gift Card on BidRack. This auction ended at $.86 for a $10 Target Gift Card so after shipping of $2 the total I payed for another $10 Target Gift Card was $2.86. The first one I won I paid $.02 + $2 shipping. So my total winnings = $20.00 in Target Gift Cards for only $4.88!!!
**Right after I posted this I won another auction! This time an Applebee’s $10 Gift Card for only $.94 + $2 shipping. So my total winnings = $30.00 (Target & Applebee’s gift cards) for only $7.82!!!
Read below for more details on how it works. And let me know if you win anything!

BidRack is a penny auction website that guarantees you’ll win or you get your bids back! Yup you read that right. They give your bids back to you if you don’t win an auction! If you buy 100 bids and don’t win an auction just send an email to guarantee@bidrack.com to get your 100 bids back. So your guaranteed to win something or you’ll keep getting your bids back until you do!
The fine print is you can’t use all those bids on the high value auctions or you’ll only get your bids back once. So you’ll want to split them between the beginner auctions and the high value auctions in order to get them back. It seems pretty easy to win the smaller auctions… at least from my experience.
Here’s how to use BidRack:
- Register for FREE here.
- Take a spin on the wheel each day to earn free bids
- Click here after you register to get 10 FREE bids
- Buy a bid pack of 100 bids ($60)
- Bid on beginner auctions and high value auctions (more need to be on beginner auctions or you’ll only get your 100 bids back once.
- If you don’t win an auction, email guarantee@bidrack.com to get your bids refunded and start all over!
This morning an iPad went for only $32!! I wish I won that. There are lots of other great deals to be had on BidRack!
I just won a $10 Target Gift card for only $.02!!!
Have you ever received items that you won? Saw some reviews of people who never received items…
Of course you would win on the cheap. You are plugging their website. You get plenty from these companies you plug. Love you but keep it real.
Abi – No I haven’t rec’d my gift card yet since I just won them but it’s the same company that runs NoMoreRack and I’ve rec’d items from them so I not worried about it being a scam.
Gina – My wins were not fixed by the company at all. They could careless if I win or not even if I plug the website. I plug lots of websites, but I don’t do it just because they give me something. Bidrack hasn’t given me anything special for plugging their site. I do have my referral link in the post but anyone can refer people, including yourself and you’ll receive the same credit I will.
Jay – I agree, it is pretty easy and sometimes it really depends on when your on and how many other people are on the site at that time. As it grows and more people join I’m sure it won’t be as easy to win an auction. From what I won and what I spent (I did buy a bid pack) I’m under about $20. But it’s a gamble and I knew that when I bought it, I wanted to try my luck. I’m happy I won some of it back in gift cards.
Gina, no.. it’s pretty simple for anyone to win these auctions. What you’re missing is that you have to pay 50-60 cents for each bid. So Karen really paid more than $7.82 for those items.
I unfortunately haven’t seen a peep anywhere on the web of anyone receiving any high-valued item or any giftcard, even for wins back when the site started over 3 weeks ago. Hopefully they’ll get their act together soon before everyone starts to assume it’s a scam..
It sounds great, but I agree with Jay…you are paying more than $7.82 for all of that. It still may end up being a great deal. For myself, I find it hard to justify laying out $60 when I have no idea what I’ll even get from it. It’s too much like gambling. I’d rather stick with store deals etc. where I KNOW what I’m getting for the money I’m spending.
But I suppose we all are different right? 🙂
Exactly Lydia… it’s not for everyone! 🙂 thanks!
Please read the terms, there are a lot of catches. They only refund the bids once. You can only win one featured auction in 28 days. You can only win 3 auctions in a 24 hour period. Your free bids for spinning expire in 24 hours. The list goes on and on.
I just hope to receive the items I bid on! Hey, I think I bid against you on something a couple of days ago, if you bid as kouponkaren!
Yes I did revise my original post with the terms of them only refunding bids once. However I did not know about the rest so thanks for sharing.
Yes I do bid as Kouponkaren… what do you bid as?? 🙂
In regards to Bidrack, hmmm. I have had the worst dealings with them. I have items I won back on February 1, 2, and 3. I have received nothing, no tracking, no email, nothing. I have contacted them, and they keep giving me the run around. Originally the “terms” said all items ship within 7 days, after about 8 days the terms changed. Also, in the upper right hand corner, it says everyone wins, or they give back your bids, it does not say just one time. There are many other penny auction sites that are awesome, I would much rather put my money into a reputable site, NOT BIDRACK!!!I understand they are a affiliated with Nomorerack, which I buy from, and yes their shipping is slow as well, but I have not got the run around from them like I have with Bidrack. I am closing my account there, as it is not worth it. I hope you receive your items and you post when you do. I would love to know the actual time it take for a “win” to arrive.
Yeah, they definitely need to send people their items ASAP or they’ll be branded a scam. They keep changing their terms (now “free bids” don’t count towards paying for auctions you lose, even though that’s not mentioned anywhere), and you can only win 3 auctions a day, and only 2 a month of any particular item… Changing changing. I wouldn’t mind that if they actually shipped what they charged for though. No excuse for that! (Also, nomorerack owes me two shipped items from a month ago.. I’m apparently a sucker)
I will let you all know when I receive my items. I’m hoping they come through as I’ve had no problem with Nomorerack.. I believe it’s the same people. But I will keep you posted. Yes I’ve noticed they keep changing the terms… so NOT good! I agree.
Bidrack has changed the terms and conditions of the win guarantee. IT now only applies to $10 beginner auctions. Anyone who had bought bids before have lost their bids and Bidrack is refusing to refund their money.
My old bids became “free bids” and then vanished a few hours ago. New terms today state that these “bonus bids” only last 24 hours, so poof!
Same thing happened to me. I was saving up my bids to bid on something big and now they are gone. This site is a joke. Did you notice they all of a sudden now only are giving 40 bids for referrals instead of the 60 they were giving this morning. I am totally done with them. Stay away from Bidrack. Scammers. I have won 12 auctions since Feb 1 and received nothing.
Same thing happend to me also 60 bids gone outta nowhere and half of those bids were ones i had won on bidpacks and big shocker here..they once again are not answering their phones . I have won 15 auctions my first one being Feb. 2nd and have not received a single item , shppping notice or anything. All of my auctions are still “processing” whatever i am done i gave them wayyy to many chances what a joke ! I hope we all receive our paid for items before bidrack dissapears into thin air…
Looking very bad for bidrack. They’ve cancelled some of my *wins* now. They claim to be “out of stock” on *gift cards*. Clearly if I won a gift card a month ago, they could’ve located one by now.. it’s not like they need to wait for inventory. But they chose to cancel out the orders. Haven’t received a refund yet, but I’m about to tell my credit card company that I dispute all the charges; even if they refund my auction payments, I seriously doubt they’ll refund the cost of the bids used to make the auction payments…
Also, this IS the same company as nomorerack. I’m done with them too.. At the same time I had an order from THEM that never showed up.. (distributer out of stock.. sounds familiar). they said they’ll refund me. We’ll see.
I just wanted to let you know that after a lot of calling and e-mailing I did receive a web cam that i won and a kindle that I won. I won these on Feb 7 and feb 18. I am still waiting for about 20 other items. I will not be using them anymore as the hassle is too great. However I lucked out and only spent a total of $64 which included my bid pack and the total of my winnings that I paid. So if I don’t receive my other items I still feel like I got a really good deal.
What I don’t understand is they have the BuySafe guarantee at the bottom of their page saying we are insured up to $500. The BuySAFE symbol seems legit (although on their site they say it should be on the opposite corner). Everytime I’ve won something the only email I receive is from BuySAFE. I’ve won a Target gift card, Applebees gift card, Itune gift card, and even won a TV last night (I cried I was so happy since I’m so low on money). I have yet to receive the gift cards which I won a month ago. Still “processing”. It took me the longest time to convince my boyfriend that these sites were legit and a good investment. I just pray that this isn’t a scam. I’ve already received all my winnings from other auction sites. =[
Only time I’ve heard of anyone getting a “featured” prize. At this point, they said they had no supplies of anything (basically), and were converting all wins into bids (!). I notice they don’t even put gift cards up for bid now.. the normal auctions are just for dollar-store stuff and bid packs. The featured auctions are okay, but there aren’t many, and you can only win one a month, and who knows if they even send the items out..
bid rack is a scam. I and tons of other people have won auctions since the beginning. All of the sudden we all get emails saying our items can’t be fulfilled due to manufactures issues. Umm..then why are you still auctioning off the same things on the site. How can you run out of gift cards? Why did you change the rules a million times on your win guarantee. I advise anyone to stay away as I’m having to fight them along with my Credit card company to get my money back – as they charged me the second I won an auction.
If you have won an auction and it’s under 30 days please file with the BUYSAFE site. I just did!
BIDRACK.COM – STAY AWAY!!! This company sucks big time. I bought bids specifically to win the Apple iPad which I did and they charged my credit card. A month later I get an email from them stating that due to problems with their supplier that none of my items could be shipped. Funny, that day they were still auctioning off an Apple iPad but they didn’t have one to send me. They offered me a cheap piece of jewelry and 100 bids back. After I won the iPad I did google bidrack.com and I wish I had earlier. Nothing but complaints and same issues I am having – they do NOT deliver the goods!!
I laughed at there offer of free bids because they don’t ship the goods so what good does it do me – they don’t send the items and then you have the hassle of getting your money back. In fact if I hadn’t called them it doesn’t appear they would have credited my credit card (still waiting to see if this actually happens though). In my opinion they are at the very least a poorly run company if not a complete scam. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE STAY AWAY!!!
I won many items, and after many complaints I did recieve the ipod nano I won (it took 6 weeks to ship). The item came directly from amazon.com and it was legit, as I was shipped a pink nano and wanted silvr and processed an exchange through amazon. Anyway, the other 10 items I won were nowhere to be found, and so I called customer service once again. They refunded ALL of the money I spent on their site except for the bids and money I spent on the nano, which was only about $20. I am happy to say 48 hours later the money was back in my bank account. I suggest anyone that still has pending money/auctions with them you call them and demand a full refund. Also email them. Anyway, it is too bad this was too good to be true! If anyone wants a reliable site, try bidsell.com. I have won many items and recieved them all quickly!
Thanks Emily. I’m going to give them a call this week. I at least want the money I paid for the auction if I’m not going to get my items.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BIDRACK! What a SCAM! I had won 8 auctions, and I paid for every one, and I get an e-mail a week ago saying an item (meaning one) isn’t in stock and that I can choose a crappy prize to make up for it. I e-mailed back asking which item? It was ALL 8 of them! Honestly, don’t waste your time or money on bidrack. It is a scam. I’m in the process of getting all my money back.
Worst site ever. Total scam, never sent me a single item I won.
I have kind of a mixed review on bidrack right now. Now mind you, I did not buy any “bidpacks” and I only “bought” the beginner auction of 10 bids for 1 cent (which does allow you to use the bidwheel BTW, so free bids each day). From what I can tell, they are new and VERY buggy right now.
1st order – .01 + $2 shipping for size 30×32 pants for my hubby (which would’ve been a lil snug, but he’s skinny enough). Recieved my buysafe and bidrack confirmation numbers. After 27 days, I filed a buysafe complaint that I had not recieved my item. The bidrack rep contacted me via email very quickly, and gave me 100 bids (regular even though they were bonus), 1 bid per every .60 value of the item (which was 199.99 I think) also regular bids, and sent me a pair of 30X30 pants via amazon (which were to small and I sent back for a full refund, but hey, $30 from amazon is always good).
2nd order – Queen size Paws Off bed cover. Paid 1.6X+$2 shipping. Got it in about a week. No problems (although a tracking number didn’t come up until after I got it lol) Got my buysafe certificate with this one.
3rd order – Herstyler Hair straightener Won for 6.4X + 4.99 (?!?! man it went up.) shipping. Got it in about a week. I did ask buysafe about why I didn’t have a certificate with this purchase and they said there was a glitch right now were numbers were not generating, but just use the “Contact Us” page to send an email and they would honor it, but it wasn’t needed.
4th order – $10 Regal cinnimas gift card. .08 + 1.99 shipping (ouch…) Ordered this saturday I think, so waiting to see how long this takes to come. I also got another $10 gift card today for .17, but I am waiting to see if this first one comes before paying for another.
I have used bidrack’s sister site, nomorerack and have received all of my items from them. I know that bidrack was in Beta testing, so I am wondering if now that they have officially launched, they have come up with a better system. I think I’ll wait for another bidpack deal to come up on nomorerack so that I can try bidrack and not feel entirely ripped off if I have a disappointing experience.
Melissa (& everyone) – what other penny auction sites do you use (that you have received your items from)?
I’ve placed orders on nomorerack for three items, and none of them ever arrived. They did refund my money without an issue (after a month or more of waiting), but I heard the same excuses bidrack used.. why are they selling things they don’t have?
Still waiting to see if my $10 gift card ever shows up from BR. Not expecting it.
I too have won and in a few days i receved the gift card i won a 10 dollar gift card plus 5 bids for 3 cents i only bidded once….not bad i would say! then i won 100 bids for 12 cents again not bad i only bidded 3 times on that one. As for anyone win larger prizes. there is someone i know that bought the 60 dollar package and used his bids trying to win an i pad lost all his bids…they returned them to him no cost. off he went again. and then the lucky jerk…lol said with love won an i pad for literally 3. something tonight, grrrrrr
I won one $10 gift card on April 5th, and won a second $10 gift card on April 8th. Haven’t received either one yet. I called Bid Rack today and the guy told me that they are having an issue with delivering the gift cards, so no one has received them recently. Bid Rack is going to be issuing confirmation codes, which have to be used on a gift card site that they will provide. This gift card site will send out the gift card. But, we have to wait until the “kinks” get worked out. Said it should be ready to go late this week or early next week, but I’m not holding my breath. They should probably remove the 72 hour shipping that is posted on their site.
hi does anyone know if you can use a prepaid debit card for BIDRACK
I got some gift cards from Bidrack.. delivered via giftcertificates.com.. basically $10 gift cert of my choice regardless of what I actually won. Paid for a few more wins (that I’d been sitting on), and we’ll see if they come through again…
I have never “won” a product, I have spent very little time on the site as I learned years ago that many, if not all, of these “bid” sites are scammers. Whoop – I won 10 bids for a penny and thought forget it. Charging a penny?? However, for some unknown reason, I decided to go for it.
Then I found the $4.99 shipping for stuff so I called. The rude rep said not to worry, it was for items only. Well, lo and behold, they charged me $1.99 for “shipping” bids. It’s not the amount, it’s the principle of the thing. Now I google, which I should have done to begin with and find all these issues with items. The search results that came up were astounding!
I liked nomorerack and thought maybe this was legit. I’m doing a chargeback. Let them ban me. Their ‘”free” bids that they send out, just because it’s Monday or Easter or the second full moon of the month should have been a tip off. Total scammers – STAY AWAY!
Bidrack is a scam – items that appear on the “finished items” are sometimes never on any auction – I have seen iTunes cards on the finished list but NEVER see them on the auctions. It is not hard to use technology in their favor. I guess it is a lesson learned – I am reporting them and suggest that others do the same. I have asked for a refund and will see what they say. I assume they will say no – and I am not sure if I have any recourse through my cc company. In any case – spread the word – they are scamming people.
Tracy request a refund, I got all my money back too. The only reason why I haven’t taken this post down is so people can find it and see what everyone is saying about them. Thanks!
Tracy.. that’s a bug/typo in their system. The “iTunes gift card” is what shows up when someone wins a Target gift card. Note that there are no Target cards in that list.
I’ve actually had them fulfill my gift card orders in the last month (after their “restart”). Not quite as fast as they said, but not bad (within two weeks, and I’ve received multiple). I’ve never tried to win a Featured auction, so can’t speak for those.
Karin you and all your readers are being scammed. This site is run by a guy named Deepak Argawal he ran a huge scam called acai berry and is now doing this.
Please post the below so your readers and shut him down, the excuses are to stop you from contacting the bank, its all just a facade
BidRack is a scam run by Deepak Argawal he is responsible for many online scams. They will ship cheap items, expensive ones when people complain and maybe refunds if you complain enough. You can spend hours begging for your money back OR you can CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. This takes 10 minutes at most, if they want you to sign some forms, print these complaints and mail it back with a copy to your local politician. Your money will be refunded 100% of the time guaranteed. IT will also cost bidrack $35-$100 when you call your bank and dispute the charge. This will get them shut down and put out of business.
CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE, DO NOT DEAL WITH BIDRACK…..
You were scammed tell your bank to send you a new card so they dont charge you again
Bidrack will send thier small items like $2 headphones and pet covers. But after wasting several hours of your time and you get lucky enough to “win” a featured item they will not send the item. They will tell you it is out of stock even though they continue to auction off the same items daily. They will offer you a refund for what you spent but what about the 100’s of people that spent money on bids that didn’t win your featured item? It is pure fraud and theft. One of the customer service people told me that it’s for entertainment like playing the lotto. But in exchange for me winning the lotto she wanted to give me more bids to waste on items they don’t really have. It’s fraud, theft and a huge waste of time…. Run as fast as you can from bidrack!!
I first learned about this websight from reading an online report from a reporter called Julie Ayers-her picture was even posted(or so it seemed)anyhow she claimed that she is a reporter for a channel 9 news station & was sent to investigate offers to be sure they are legitimate-so they can let their viewers know. she said she won a 42″ TV and also and a MacBook Pros and received both in only a very few days. she said it was a legitimate auction site(in fact the best)…said it was also approved by the BBB(which does not appear to be true)However, I then started to watch the featured auctions and noticed many bidders were bidding 30,40 bids or more, some maybe 10 or 15-but the winner “always” seems to be the person who placed only “one” bid or “two”..(go back and look and all the winners on every featured auction and see how many bids were placed when they supposedly won). I then googled this sight and read that they are generating their own bids and no one is really receiving the featured prizes. It read that the reporter Julie Ayers is a Fake made up reporter-who doesn’t even exist and this so called reporter had previously gone under another name prior to this and was talking about the legitimacy of diet pills and how she lost a lot of weight in a short period of time..Folks, this appears to be a scam by unscrupulous people..has anyone out there ever recieved the featured auction prize after winning. I can only assume not and if someone responds to this to say they did receive their expensive win-I am sure it will be the Bidrack employees pretending to be customers. All I can say is customer beware.
Guess what people…just like the old saying goes “there is a sucker born every day” and my motto is…”you get what you pay for”, or in this case, don’t.
bidrack.com is an absolute scam and refuses to refund money as well as does not honor their win guarantee. Please do not be ripped off the way that I and countless others have. I wish I had researched more before I naively joined.
KouponKaren, thanks for leaving this post up. I saw for the first time on my FB page an ad for Bidrack and immediately went to the web to check it out….thanks to everyone who has posted. Sorry to those that have lost money, but you are now helping so many others.
This website is a sccam, I registered a couple of months ago and never received any of the stuff I won, they didnt want to cancel my account or give any refund. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Every one here that is saying its a scam I am happy to say it is not. I have made over a hundred dollars from there website and they have sent me everything I have ordered. I have purchased over 11 giftcards and on average ( including the 10.00 I spent on bids) I spent 3.00 a giftcard. Great deals! Also I ordered two spay tan packages and sold them online making a 20.00 dollar profit for each item. LOVE THEM!!! They are a little sneaky and deceptive in there wording but they are real!
Bidrack–bogus, bogus, bogus. Before you sign up, or fill out ANY information be aware of these two things—Bid Rack will charge your card. Bid Rack WILL NOT refund your charge even if you call within 10 minutes, even if you don’t use any bids. Bid Rack WILL NOT answer their phones. If you doubt this try calling their phone number ( 855-900-7225)and see if you get anything but annoying music for half an hour and then a voice mail message. I called 11 times from the time I went to the website and nothing from 6 a.m to midnight.
Looking for a TV? Kindle? $150 from Best Buy? (these were the items on their page when I looked at the site allegedly being bid on). Guess what–after registering, there were zero TV’s, zero Kindles (although a recent posting said they had “thousands”), not a single gift card at all. Wonder how you managed to get any gift cards when there weren’t any on the site the day I accidentally joined this rip off place.
What did they have the day I looked—tweezers, sunglasses, junk. Nothing I can’t get from any discount store in the nation for a couple of bucks.
They claim “the best customer support in the business”. What a joke. They also charged me not once but twice!! I’ve had to open a dispute with the credit card company. Here’s the bottom line–they make their money with the initial $99 charge to your card that you may or may not be aware you are being charged. They don’t do refunds so they are in the clear. If enough people don’t do their research, the uneducated consumer will pay the charge, lick their wounds, and Bid Rack gets to keep the money. Lesson learned. Will never go to their website again—
After winning a $10 giftcard for $1 on Bidrack, I then decided to look them up just to see what people were saying. I was a little ticked off, because I thought I had just been scammed. But, after less than a week, I got an email stating the Target card I had won was out of stock, so they sent me an e-gift certificate worth $10. I thought that was even better, because I had the choice of receiving any gift certificate I wanted from any store. I do lots of couponing, and I go to multiple stores, so I chose a CVS card, and got it in just a few short days. I checked, it has $10 available, and never expires. So, last week I won 2 more, both for less than $1.50, plus $2 shipping, received my e-gift certificates, made my order and have received my confirmation #’s. I love this, it is going to help me so much with getting my kids school clothes this year, and I don’t purchase any big packages. I only spin the wheel, and use my bonus bids, plus when I first log on everyday it gives me the option of bidding on 5 bid pkgs. I do those, because usually nobody will try to outbid you, and I get them for 1 cent each. I got 35 bids today for 7 cents, beats 100 bids for $60 anyday. I was a little disappointed that they did not have any gift cards available today. I hope they have not discontinued that, I will not purchase anything else, I have seen too many comments about them being cheap knock-offs
on the bid rack thing… Whats with the ad for free registration and then you find
out you just got charged 99 bucks! Is that new or something? It wasn’t in the fine print
or maybe it was the finer print. Not just small but not even visible! LOL
BidRack is a SCAM! Don’t get fooled, it is to good to be true anyway! Read all the blogs and forums with comments of people that got scamed, or never received their items. Take a look at this FB page also:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/No-More-Nomorerack-Bidrack/211851815491679
I got scamed too. They say that the registration is free, but you get charged for $99 of bids. I reported it to BBB (Better Bussines Bureau). Do the same thing if you have been scamed, or complain to BuySafe, IC3, FTC…
They essentially cancelled my account after I continued to win gift cards.. they just refused to send me anything else. I did come out “ahead” in the end, because they did fulfill a number of gift card orders at first, and they *mostly* refunded my money for the things they cancelled on me. They went through five or six different reasons for why I was being blackballed, as I continued to question them on it..
Anyway, yeah, scam all the way. Glad I got some amazon GCs out of it before they cancelled me, though 🙂
I got a ipod and camera. Took 3 weeks. but I got it. I didn’t win it for $.10 or anything but did get a good deal.
Bidrack.com is a scam site. Someone needs to stop them from stealing everyone’s money….they take money off of your credit card but they don’t have any prizes–It’s a fraud!
You people are a bit off aren’t you? Jay said he came out ahead and won items and was refunded for ones he didn’t get. and TonyDeVe isn’t clear at all, “they take money off your card. Is that for you purchasing bids? Well then ya, you make a purchase it cost something. Like tony, I keep winning and don’t have a problem. I have a account now and will keep it. Until they cancel me.
Koupon Karen – your “sponsored links” include a company called BidCactus.com that’s obviously working from the same crooked playbook as Bidrack. Same layout of the page, same manufactured news video from “Local9.com” the first time you visit.
You probably can’t control the sponsored links that help you pay the bills, but I did find it unfortunate. The whole penny-auction model seems to run on deliberate lies and delaying tactics. Customer service work there must be hell on earth.
I WON 14 AUCTIONS ON BID RACK, CROOKS THE 14 TH WAS A SOLDERING IRON I NEEDED ONE SO GREAT, ONLY .11 CENTS $8.99 SHIPPING THOUGH. THAT WAS BEGINNING OF MAY, THE TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCT. MAY 20TH. 2 DAYS FROM NOW IS JUNE 20TH HAVE NOT RECIEVED NOTHING, ALL THEY SAY WHEN I E-MAIL THEM IS NO REFUNDS, SO I CALLED MY BANK THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY AND WILL FIGHT WITH BIDRACK, THE OTHER 13 AUCTIONS I WON WERE BID PACKS!
NO -NO – No. ! bidrack.com has actually gotten better. I have been with them for months and yes they were having vender problems. I finally received about 10 of the things I have won. Also glad to see not all post are negative. Because IIIII like them. 🙂
They just charged me $99 for a Bid Pack of 5 I supposedly won for .02 using their email offer of 5 FREE bids.
This sure stinks.
Don’t forget all the bids you aid for too. Now they charge an extra dollar to win bidacks. takes months to get anything but it does come.I’ve recived shit.
I have only been playing on bidrack for about 2 months. Have watched the bid items decrease over that time. There were Kindles, iPads and other items such as these, until now there is nothing on the board except watches, sunglasses and a few odd items like tools and headscratchers and a couple of other items. Hardly worth opening it up now. Last week there were two nights that the board was completely empty. Explanation, they were restocking. I have purchased several watches for grandkids and a few other items for gifts. Have received email that they have shipped, but not received yet. Another strange thing that happened several times I would be waiting to bid on an item and suddenly they would show up as sold. This was with time left on the clock ranging from 5 seconds to 22 seconds. After calling several times I could not get an explanation for this so I just quit wasting my time even if it was something I wanted to bid on.
