Here is CVS's coupon policy.  I emailed them to see if they can send me an official document we can print and take to the store.  In the meantime, print this out because it comes directly from CVS so these are the rules. CVS/pharmacy will accept coupons printed from the Internet. They must have a legible barcode that scans at the register. If the coupon does not scan at the register, the cashier should politely inform you that we are unable to accept your coupon. CVS has decided that want to encourage us to shop with reusable bags.   You can purchase a bag tag for $.99 and then attach it to your reusable bag.  Every time you shop have them scan the tag.  Every 4th shopping trip you will earn $1.00 ECB's! It's seems you can only get it scanned once per day so if you do more than one transaction only one will count.  To bad it wasn't for every bag but even still, if you are already using reusable bags, why not get some ECB's for it! thanks Couponing to Disney!

CVS has a few ways to help you save each week. They offer Extra Care Bucks, Store Coupons and of course they accept manufacturers coupons. They have a wonderful program called Extra Care Bucks which I refer to as ECB's.  Basically it's like a rebate program but you receive the rebate immediately in the form of a coupon called an Extra Care Buck. These will print out at the bottom of your receipt after you make the qualifying purchase.  You must have an Extra Care Card in order to receive the ECB's and you can only use them along with your card.  Your name will be one them. Walgreen's has 3 different ways to help you save money each week, In Ad coupons, Register Rewards and a Monthly coupon book.  They also accept all manufacturers coupons including printable coupons. The monthly coupon booklet you will find at the front of the store near the weekly ads.  These are store coupons and can be used along with sale items and manufacturers coupons to get even better savings. You will find the In Ad coupons in each weekly ad.  You must present these to the cashier to receive the sale price.  You can also use manufacturers coupons with these in ad coupons.
