I had some extra care bucks burning a hole in my pocket so my daughter and I stopped in to CVS today spend them. I had $10.00 ECB’s and also a $10.00 CVS gift card and I will admit I did not make a list before I went. I always do but just never got to it but I had my coupons and I knew everything I wanted was in the ad so there was no reason for me to leave something out.

Here is what I got, minus a pack of gum that my six year old desperately needed and since she was so good during the shopping trip, I got it for her….awwww lol

(1) Gain dishwashing detergent, On Sale $.97
Used $1.00 coupon from P&G home mailer
(1) Irish spring shower gel, On Sale $2.99
Used $1.00 coupon from reinventing beauty cvs magazine
(1) Collated gum defense, On Sale $2.79

(1) Hershey’s bliss, On Sale $5.99
(1) Bread, $3.59 ….yikes I usually get 3 for that much
(1) Gum, $1.49

Used $10 extra care bucks
Used $10 gift card

Total Paid $.53

And I got…..
$5.99 ECB’s for the Hershey’s bliss
$2.00 ECB’s Irish spring
$2.00 ECB’sfor colgate
and I will Get $1.00 back from savings star rebate!!

Not a bad trip….. But it helped that I had all those ECB’s and the gift card but this is a perfect example of taking them from the week before and rolling them into another transaction.  Now next week I will use the $9.99 ECB’s and roll them into another transaction. Or the week after… we shall see how good the deals are!

Did you score a good deal at CVS this week?
