Denny’s is doing something different this year to make it more exciting for you to come back each month and not have to worry about over indulging. They are going to have a “Monthly Features” menu. Each month during the year, select menu dishes will be highlighted to guests, including a variety of new Fit Fare® alternatives that allow guests to keep their New Year’s resolutions on track without compromising on taste, value or variety.
My family loves going out to breakfast but it’s not always a healthy thing to do. Breakfast out can easily be filled with a lot of calories. So I was happy to learn that Denny’s has some $4 Breakfast Sandwiches, which are budget-friendly bites packed with 100% flavor! You can get the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich and Fit Fare Breakfast Sandwich for $4 alone or you can add hash browns for an extra charge. $4 for a breakfast sandwich isn’t bad at all!
I took my family for breakfast for lunch one day. The girls love having breakfast at off times! My husband really enjoys breakfast so I never have a problem convincing him to go out for it rather than making it himself.
I had the $4 Fit Fare® Breakfast Sandwich which is Two strips of turkey bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, fresh spinach, sliced tomato and an egg white on a toasted English muffin. It’s also served with yogurt if you’d like. The sandwich was delicious and I loved having the spinach and tomato with it. The tomato added a nice extra flavor and juiciness to it. This sandwich as over 20g of protein and is under 550 calories.
My husband had the $4 Breakfast Sandwich – which had two strips of bacon, shaved ham, American cheese and an egg* cooked to order on a toasted English muffin. He got his with hash browns. He said it was delicious!
My oldest also had the $4 Breakfast sandwich but my little one didn’t want either. Instead she had the $2 Cheese Quesadilla! It was perfect for her too and she loved it.
Have you tried either of the $4 Breakfast sandwiches?

Hi Karen, I love saving money with you. You are so creative and thoughtful. I would like to share a very special website, it is called

Imagine a fundraiser for any deserving group from non profits to schools to special need kids. We are very focused on 1 product (but do sell others), we sell online and give our entire program for free to the groups. We have totally reinvented fundraising. We sell ink and toner for all printers andvwe are very proud of the tremendous discounts we give to all of our shoppers. We discount up to 75% less than retail and we ship FREE PLUS the best part is we donate 15% to every group. We have no minimum and would appreciate ALL you can do to get the word out. We charge nothing to the fundraising group and we buy the school or group their own domain name and give them a customized website just like ours to help them be successful. Now everyone can buy from the them anywhere around the US and support their school, team or group. No more cookie dough, candy or chocolate and they do this all year round. Our art department designs custom flyers, online banners and provides ongoing support all for free. Please help us get the word out.
