to make my body healthier I’m trying simple things-less sugar and salt. my husband and I bought bikes and during the winter we have been going to the high school and use the walking track.
I’m trying to drink more water, get more sleep, and manage my stress level. When it’s cold, I’m terrible at drinking water, and sleep has never been easy for me. I think learning how to say no to work and taking time to relax while maintaining a regular fitness regime will help with that!
I have joined Planet Fitness. Downfall is they are not opening for another 2 weeks.
I dropped 70 pounds last year using high protein products. This years goal is to keep the weight off, continue to exercise and enjoy myself

I started doing yoga 2 to 3 times a week and when it warms up I plan on adding jogging to my routine. I also have reduced the amount of sugar, breads, pasta, all carbs I eat. Mostly stick with meats and veggies.
I’m trying to eat breakfast, which I hardly ever do! And my job is pretty physical, so I’m piling on as much work as I can to stay active without even thinking about it!
