We received some coupons to try a few pies and share with our family during the holiday season. My local store a bunch in stock so I grabbed the Hershey’s Chocolate Creme Pie, Salted Caramel, Key Lime and they had a Reese’s Creme Pie too! I figured we could keep a couple for Christmas and have the rest before then. Before you even ask, no these are not on my diet plan but a small piece with our friends during the holiday season wasn’t going to sabotage all my work!
My family is a huge fan of Key Lime Pie and Reese’s so I knew these would be a huge hit. Since all you need to do is thaw these out to serve them, I cut a big piece and put the rest in the freezer and just let what we were going to eat, thaw. It didn’t even take very long which was good because we couldn’t wait to dive into the Key Lime Pie. The result was delicious!
Over the weekend we had some friends over so this time I thawed the entire Reese’s Pie and I’m glad I did because almost all of it went. Our friends and their kids LOVED it as much as we did. But what I loved the most about these pies is on sale they were under $6. That’s an amazing price for a pie and it tasted so good too so really I’d pay even full price for it.
So skip the baking and grab some Frozen Edwards Pies and serve them instead. I don’t think anyone will even know that you didn’t bake them!
This delicious pies are available at your local grocery store in the freezer section. All you have to do is thaw and serve! It’s a super quick and yummy dessert.
