I love making frozen pops for my girls in the summer.  I picked up a cheap popsicle maker at the dollar store a few years ago and we use it all the time.  I’ll use juice when I find it at a good price.  Sometimes I add some fruit to the mix to give them a fun surprise inside.  I have one that is similar to this and the key to adding the fruit is to leave the tops off and not fill it to the top.  Then I let it sit in the freezer for a little while so it starts to freeze.  Once it starts to get a little ‘slushy’ I push some fruit into the liquid and put the tops on.  This stops it from all falling to the bottom.  It’s really tricky because you have to remember and check after about an hour or so.  I check a few times and sometimes they fruit still falls to the bottom but they love it anyways.
