The Listerine Oral Care Challenge Blog Tour could not of come at a better time. The day after I received my box of goodies for my family and I to use for the challenge, my oldest went to the dentist for a cleaning. Wouldn’t you know she had a cavity!!! Honestly getting her to brush her teeth more than once a day has been a challenge but thanks to this blog tour, I’m happy to report it’s not anymore.
When we came home from the dentist I grabbed all the products and we sat down and talked about them. She was super excited to use the “Agent Cool Blue” before she brushed her teeth. I explained to her the object was to brush them until all the blue was gone. She was up for the challenge. She then picked out her toothbrush among the ones they sent us and also the Barbie Smart Rinse.

We went into the bathroom and I showed her how to squeeze the bottle to get the liquid to the top, and then let the rest drain out. We poured it into a cup and she began swishing it around in her mouth. She loved… I mean she LOVED how her teeth turned Blue!! It was so funny. And she then proceeded to brush her teeth until all the blue was gone! We then used the Barbie Smart Rinse and I explained to her that any bright pink pieces in the sink were things that the toothbrush left behind and it just means next time she has to brush a little bit more. She was excited to see the sink and there was hardly anything there. I was proud of her.
Needless to say because of these wonderful rinses she has been brushing her teeth at least twice a day and sometimes I can even get her to brush a 3rd time! We are working on the flossing, but we will get there. I’m happy with how excited she is to brush her teeth and I hope it lasts. I will be investing in more Listerine products as we finish what we received.
