1. COAT IT – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour with Crunchy Coating. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with Crunchy Coating.
2. BAKE IT – Arrange chicken on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

It really is that easy!    And delicious!   We loved the crunchy coating with and without the sauce.  The kids loved it and said they’d rather I make it like this all the time!   We tried the Buffalo and the Sweet & Sour and they were both amazingly delicious!  I would definitely buy them again and we want to try the Chipotle BBQ next!
