Product Information: From Playskool the new World of Wheel Pals Spring Stroll assortment. Enjoy a stroll through the countryside or jungle with this interactive animal assortment. Lift the bridge to send the hippo through the Splash ‘n Bath playset and help the horse refuel at the Filler Up Farmstand set. Playsets include one animal friend on wheels; each sold separately.

When this WHEEL PALS horse vehicle gets “hungry”, nothing will stop him! Your child can set the vehicle up at the end of this country road-themed playset and then press the tree to launch it. As the horse vehicle zips by, an apple “disappears” — just as if he ate it! Every time your child presses the tree, the fun just keeps rolling!

My Thoughts: I’ve loved Playskool from even before I had children. I just always remember them as having quality toys and it’s a name I trust. So needless to say over the past 6 or so years we’ve purchased lots of Playskool toys. So I was happy when we received the cute World of Wheels Pal Filler Up Farmstand set for review.

The thing I love about this toy is it’s great for little hands. The horse fits perfectly inside a toddler/preschoolers hands and is easy to either push along the tracks or along the floor, which is always fun for the little one. I remember one time we moved our refrigerator to clean underneath it (it’s something I rarely do, but have done a few times lol) and I couldn’t believe all the little toys that rolled under there never to be found again. My girls and I used to roll stuff along the tile floor all the time, especially because the grout lines would sometimes make the toy ‘jump’ and either topple over or turn in a different direction.

But back to the playset… Your toddler can move the horse along the track and it ‘eats’ up the apple as it goes by. It’s really cute and a great way to show them that things disappear but always come back. See that’s the thing about Playskool toys, they aren’t just fun but they are educational as well. That’s a plus in my book!

Oh and it’s pretty sturdy.  My daughter dropped it several times while putting her toys away and it still works perfectly fine.  Well built!
