If you shop at CVS then you’ll be getting some Quarterly Extra Care bucks which is basically like Free money for shopping at CVS!! Make sure you check before you shop so you can use them this week and lower your out of pocket spending!
How do you earn Quarterly Extra Care Bucks?
Just by shopping at CVS each quarter. You’ll receive 2% back on your spending in the form of Extra Care Bucks which you can then turn around and use in the store on just about anything (exludes things like Prescriptions, Taboo, Stamps and a few more things, read the fine print on the ECB’s).
How can you get your Extra Care Bucks? You have a few options. You can go into a store and scan your card at the coupon printer/price checker machine or make a purchase and they will print at the bottom of your receipt. Or you can print them online and even add them to your card.
Here is how you can do that…..
1. Sign into your Extra Care Bucks account at CVS.com and click on Extra Care to go to your account. Don’t have an account already? To set this up for the first time, just go to CVS.com and click on Create an Account. It’ll just take minutes and you’ll need your Extra Care Card.
2. Then look for Extra Care at the top right hand side of the page and click that…
3. Now scroll down a little bit and if you earned any Quarterly Extra Care Bucks you’ll see this….
4. Choose to either print them out or send them to your card. If you send them to your card then they will be deducted off your purchase the next time you shop. Pretty easy right?
How many quarterly Extra Care Bucks did you earn this month? I earned $5.00 as you can see above. I don’t normally get much since I use coupons all the time to lower my out of pocket spending but if you fill prescriptions you’ll get $1.00 extra care bucks for every 2 prescriptions you fill! That can add up over time!
