Save on Gas with the MasterCard Fuel Rewards Network

Memorial Day will be here soon so you may be planning your summer getaways. With gasoline prices changing, now is the perfect time for to join a free loyalty program that fuels family fun by helping save money at the gas pump.  What I’m talking about is MasterCard’s partnership with the Fuel Rewards Network ™ (FRN) which allows members to do just that, save at the gas pump.

Too get these savings just join the Fuel Rewards Network HERE and link your MasterCard card to your account.  Then when you shop or dine at participating online merchants and Shell convenience stores, you’ll watch the prices roll down at the pump.  You can even save at supermarkets in certain regions. Check the FRN website for more information on what stores are participating or ask your local grocery store if they participate.

Here are two examples of how this works:

  • Use your MasterCard card with the FRN program for a $100 grocery purchase at Winn-Dixie or Save Mart  and you could save as much as 13 cents per gallon on gasoline.
  • Use your MasterCard card with the FRN program for a $50 dinner tab could result in a one-time bonus of 5 cents per gallon, in addition to the usual 10 cents per gallon for dining. 

And once your card is attached to your Fuel Rewards Network, you don’t even have to think about it.  Just use your MasterCard for purchase and then to pay at the pump!

(Existing FRN members need only to add their MasterCard cards to their accounts to take advantage of additional savings).

    Thanks for clarifying what I can do with this card. I thought I needed to do something else with it, but I didn’t know what. Unfortunately my grocery store is does not have a loyalty card, but I will still use it.
