It’s time to update you on my savings with coupons from last week. I had a good week at CVS and rolled some Extra Care Bucks and got some good deals! But most of the items I purchase at the food store were on sale and I didn’t have coupon for but I still saved money!
Here is what we saved with coupons this week…
- I shopped at CVS and saved $27.79 with coupons
- I shopped at Stop & Shop and saved 2.00 with coupons
MY total saved last week with coupons was $29.79.
January 2012 Coupon Savings –$21.60 – there may still be more as I’m looking for my receipts.
February 2012 Coupon Savings – $79.94
So how did you do?? How much did you save JUST with COUPONS – we aren’t even talking sales – just what you save with coupons. Anyone can walk in the store and get a sale price, but I want to show you how much more can be saved with those little pieces of paper.
For the month of January, every time I used coupons I wrote it down and I saved a total of $733.60. For the month of February I did the same thing and saved a total of $593.28 and so far for the month of March I am at a total savings of $241.35. This did take some planning on my part and all I used was the coupons from the Sunday paper and a few that I printed from home.
Angela that is AWESOME!!! See this is exactly what I’m saying – it CAN HAPPEN. But with the amount you saved, it takes a lot of time – but very impressive!! Keep up the good work.
I should ad that this is not just CVS, I shopped at Walgreens, Publix, Winn Dixie, Target and Harris Teeter.
