Al fresco buffalo style

I recently received a cooler of some al fresco products for my family to try.  I was excited to get them because I hadn’t had any of their products, nor had I tried any kind of chicken sausage so this would be a first for me.   My family isn’t as adventurous when it comes to sausage so when we had a family get together, I had my husband grill up the Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage for us to try.

About the Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage

They are tangy with a medium heat level and made with lean, skinless chicken meat.  They have 70% Less Fat and 30% Less Sodium than Pork Sausage (USDA).  They are also Gluten Free and are Great on the grill!

These were absolutely delicious!  I had one on a roll with a little bit of ranch dressing on top to balance out the heat and absolutely loved it.   Everyone thought they great and I’d definitely buy these again.  This is such a healthier option for grilling over the summer but really all year-long.  I think they’d also be perfect in a stir fry to add a little heat to it.

I noticed a big difference in the salt content over regular sausage.  There was a ton less in this and it just tasted so much better without all the salt because you could actually taste the flavors, rather than just the salt.
