We tried a new snack recently – Taste of Nature® Organic snack bars and to be very honest, my kids were hesitant to try them because in their words ‘they looked funny’.  The snack bars they normally eat are made with lots of oats and these looked nothing like them.  But I urged them to at least take a bite then make the decision on whether they liked them or not.  Since they love nuts and berries and trail mix so I knew they would like this.

Of course I was right.

First we all tried the Persian Pomegranate Garden and it was amazingly delicious!   It basically was like eating trail mix but only in a bar and much sweeter but that wasn’t a bag thing since this was all natural.  I loved it and so did my girls.  We were sad to only have one to share.  (Yes, I will be getting this again!).  Then we tried the Quebec Cranberry Carnival and that was also amazingly delicious!    What made this one different from the other one is the sesame seeds.  That’s what was turning my little off but she did try it and realized they don’t really add much flavor to it.

Finally we tried the Himalayan Goji Summit Bar which we also enjoyed but found this one to not be as sweet as the others.   I think because this one had raisins instead of cranberries.  However it was still delicious and again reminded me of eating trail mix, but only in a bar.
